Our Story
Fireball Studio was founded by Dr. Karen Schober after watching mental health practitioners spend hours on billing, insurance calls, and administrative work — time that should have gone to their clients. With over 10 years of combined experience and AMBA certification, Karen built Fireball Studio to give small practices the back-office support of a full administrative team, without the overhead of hiring one.
Who We Are
We specialize in solo and small group mental health practices — typically 1 to 5 therapists — who don’t have dedicated office staff. We’re based in South Jersey and work with practices across the United States, combining hands-on medical billing expertise with practical small business support.
We know that handing over billing and admin work means trusting someone with the operational heartbeat of your practice. That’s why we work as an extension of your team — warm, responsive, and detail-oriented — so you always know your claims, your books, and your back office are in good hands.
